Hi everyone, my name is Niamh Edmonstone and I am currently a 10th grade student. I was born and raised in Aberdeen, Scotland until I was 7 years old, then I moved to Baku, Azerbaijan for two years.  After that I lived in Copenhagen, Denmark for four years and now I currently live in Abu Dhabi and have done so for the last two and a half years. One my favorite things to do in my spare time is baking. So when we were assigned the personal project, I decided it would only be right for me to create something that relates to cooking or baking. Also, due to the fact I have now been in three different international schools around the globe and always been curious about other peoples cultures I thought it would be appropriate for me to some how incorporate culture too. , I believed that it would be interesting and useful not only to me but to the rest of the Raha community if I incorporated those two ideas into one product: a website.
